About
Whether it's fiction, observational features or stories about people and places, I love writing and usually always have a story of some sort on the go.
I spent 2016 writing the first draft of a middle grade story about a boy called Finn McMartin who takes on the local council to save his treehouse from being torn down. That draft is currently resting in a drawer and my hope is that, one day, Finn makes it to print.
More recently I've been writing features on a variety of topics. There's a travel piece on our trip to the Hokkaido powder belt, a look at the phenomenon of Netflix-guilt, plus a cautionary tale for social media marketers about the dangers of unfollowing a tween.
